We did it!!!

I can't believe I can finally say that we are DONE moving!

I am relieved and just very happy to start this new chapter of our lives in Daybreak.


I just can't get over the fact that I have lived in Salt Lake for more than ten years and I have never ever been in Daybreak until now. I have driven past Daybreak before, but I did not have the chance to get out and walk around these beautiful homes and parks. It really feels like you are not in Utah anymore and it is so much fun.

Roberto and I have decided that we will stay in Salt Lake until we have a very very good reason to leave. This place is great and we have the convenience of being able to travel to other destinations once it gets cold again and we get depressed all over again with the fact that we have to deal with snow.

The boys are going to love growing up in this neighborhood and I am very happy that Heavenly Father has allowed us to have this new beginning.

Now I get to pick themes and decorate bedrooms and pick out furniture.... HOORAY!!

Hello there to all our family and friends. This is our first blog and we are excited to join all you bloggers out there! Since this is the first post, I thought I would just give a quick summary of our life right now. Roberto and I are currently in Rexburg, Idaho where we are both attending BYU-Idaho. This time of year we are off from school, so Roberto is working, doing landscaping and taking two night classes and I am looking for a job. We have been married for a little over a year and we are loving every moment together. Looking for a job in Rexburg has been tough (I've been looking since July), but in the mean time it has been a great opportunity for me to learn and grow from those around me. Recently I was able to find a temporary position for someone handing out flyers for their new website. Their paying me $50 bucks to do it! So I'm glad it's something. Other than that, I usually visit other people who are home all day, so if you want company, let me know! :) Roberto

I really don't want to talk about this because I feel like a broken record. Some of you may already know about this struggle I am about to spill over about. Why am I writing this? I don't know for sure really. Maybe it's for me. Maybe it's for you. Well, here it goes. Why is the title of my post "2 years ago"? Well, that's because that's how long I've been waiting. That's how long I've been wanting. Yes, I want another child. Why hasn't it happened yet? I'm not sure. A LOT has happened in the past 2 years. My body has gone through A LOT just this past year alone (Addison's). I understand that. Kind of. But it still doesn't change how I feel about having another baby. This past weekend we had Stake Conference (it's a bigger church meeting) and at the Saturday evening session, a woman shared a story about her daughter, who had to wait 11 years to adopt her 2 children and have them sealed to her in the temple.
