BABY

Well, we finally found out what we're having. I now kinda understand what woman's intuition is because I felt it early on in this pregnancy about what I was going to have and I was RIGHT!! We are having a BOY!!! :)

Thoughts on education and what's coming up

So the day finally came and now I sit here done with all the classes I have ever taken at BYU-Idaho. This is kinda unreal, I don't think I realize how big of a change this is going to be. Now I'm not done with everything yet, I still have to student teach but that's different. I no longer will be the student, I will be the teacher and that will be the last thing I am graded on before I get that beautiful diploma that certifies that I have done it! I am so grateful that I was able to go to BYU-Idaho, it truly has been such a huge blessing. I have learned so much and still the best is yet to come! I know that student teaching will truly show me a little more of what it feels like to be a teacher. I wonder what it will be like to be in the last months of my pregnancy through this whole experience. I don't have an exact calendar, but if i'm done when I think i will be, I will be 37 weeks along when its all over. With the baby being due around 2-3 weeks later. haha. Now ...

Pregnancy

So here begins the first of many posts to come about our darling baby to be. I am now at 17 weeks and sporting a little bump. Sometimes I feel like its really noticeable and then other days I feel like there's nothing, its weird. I guess it depends on what I wear too. Speaking of clothing, I NEED to buy maternity pants! I feel like I am so limited as to what I can buy being here in little 'ol Rexburg. So I need people's advice. Where have you gone to buy maternity clothing? Any tips so that I can save money and still look cute? I would really appreciate it. I have been feeling pretty dang good. I feel so blessed, really I kinda feel bad telling some other girls who have gone through pregnancy already and had to deal with all the morning sickness junk really badly because I just smile and say, Nope, I've been great and then they say LUCKY! And YES I do know that I am lucky and I am grateful. Its funny, I'm not even that big yet and yet the thought of getting any big...

Wonderful, New and EXCITING

The picture above somewhat describes the "road" that we have just gotten on and will be on for the rest of our lives. Of course there is always change, but there are certain events that take place in life where change is more evident and this is one of those times. Some of you (most of you) already know what this significant change is and how wonderful it truly is. But before I go ahead and just say it, I'll first share other things that have been going on. So we've been in school, and it's been just great. My experience at the school has ended due to school ending in May, which has lead me to had more time to get things done and rest which I LOVE. I also believe its because I'm a senior and because of the wonderful change and I deserve it. Ha. Roberto has been so involved in his classes, especially his web development class. Right now he is working on a website, which is also designed to be a family page. This is the link: cedenos.info My brother Daniel, has...

Hello!

Hello everyone! Once again I am reminded that I have a blog and that I should be posting things on it. Well I guess this will be an update on what has happened the past few weeks. So last time I wrote we just finished the semester and now we are in the start of another one! It has been very busy already but go figure, since it is my LAST semester before I student teach. It has been so good to actually teach children! I am in a senior practicum class right now and it has been great, I am learning so much from the experience. It is getting me excited for student teaching even though I know it will be so much work! During the break between semesters we went to Utah and it was GREAT! (maybe I'll post pics later) It flew by so fast! I look forward to when we will be there again in August for my student teaching. Roberto is now taking some computer classes and even though he sometimes feels lost, he is very excited about it and looking forward to learning about his career. Things have b...

Goodbye Winter Semester 2010

I AM DONE! As of two thirty something this afternoon, I have completed all that I had to do for this semester AND I have passed all of my classes with great grades! :D My darling Roberto still has one final to take tonight at 7:15 p.m.- how bogus is that?! I am so proud of him, he has done such a great job at school as well. Yesterday he got a 95% on his accounting final-side note-this is the class where he would spend up to 4 HOURS in the testing center for one test. UGH! Bless his heart, he is DONE with that class and did so WELL! I am so HAPPY that this semester turned out well. To be honest it was a little rough, a little intimidating, but I have learned that no matter how hard something looks in the beginning, we just need to keep on going! I know that God wants us to succeed and is aware of all that we do, and I have certainly felt of his strength during this journey of school. And now, it's time to PLAY! p.s. I probably won't post again until we're back from our bre...

Vida (Life)

Hey! It's been a while, I know. We have been super busy with school and I also got to that point where I felt like I don't have anything exciting to post about. But then I remembered-its a blog and I can post about WHATEVER I want! So here I go writing another post just because. So school is just about done! We are in the last week before finals and its CRUNCH TIME. I can't believe how much time has passed by. Roberto will be done with his GE requirements after this semester and next semester will be my last semester on campus! I have received my placement for Student Teaching this fall in Salt Lake City. Its so CRAZY how fast it all goes by, hopefully all will go as planned and I will be a college graduate in December! :) I will keep you all updated as time goes on. I am SO looking forward to the break after this semester is done. We will be leaving to go to Salt Lake to play with family!! I don't know what it is, maybe I'm just not used to being in such a small t...
