Back to life, a new life

Hello again! We are now settled back in Rexburg, Idaho in our very nice new apartment in Hyde Park. Today is the first day of school for Roberto and the first day for me and Samuel home together. This is the beginning of a new chapter in our lives.
It is crazy to think that months have passed and we are back in Idaho. Our time in Salt Lake was well spent. It was great to be there with so many things happening for our family. I was able to see my brother Daniel leave on a mission, the first to do so in our family. What a great experience that was. I am so proud of him. I also got to celebrate my father's 50th birthday with our family and friends. We threw a surprise party for him, it was great! And of course to top it all off, I was able to have my first baby right there with my family with me. My parents are so proud to be called grandparents now. I love them so much and am so grateful for their love and support.

So now here I am, a mom. Whoa. It's crazy to think about it, but I definitely believe it. I love my beautiful boy Samuel. I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for giving me this great blessing and responsibility. It is amazing how fast the bond is made between mother and child. I would give anything for my son. He is worth it all.
I am looking forward to all the wonderful memories we will have together. He has already brought so much happiness to our lives. I can't imagine life without him. :)

    Congratulations on your beautiful little son! Que angelito! How fun that you are back! Call me if you are ever bored and want another mommy and another baby to come hang out :)

Hello there to all our family and friends. This is our first blog and we are excited to join all you bloggers out there! Since this is the first post, I thought I would just give a quick summary of our life right now. Roberto and I are currently in Rexburg, Idaho where we are both attending BYU-Idaho. This time of year we are off from school, so Roberto is working, doing landscaping and taking two night classes and I am looking for a job. We have been married for a little over a year and we are loving every moment together. Looking for a job in Rexburg has been tough (I've been looking since July), but in the mean time it has been a great opportunity for me to learn and grow from those around me. Recently I was able to find a temporary position for someone handing out flyers for their new website. Their paying me $50 bucks to do it! So I'm glad it's something. Other than that, I usually visit other people who are home all day, so if you want company, let me know! :) Roberto

I really don't want to talk about this because I feel like a broken record. Some of you may already know about this struggle I am about to spill over about. Why am I writing this? I don't know for sure really. Maybe it's for me. Maybe it's for you. Well, here it goes. Why is the title of my post "2 years ago"? Well, that's because that's how long I've been waiting. That's how long I've been wanting. Yes, I want another child. Why hasn't it happened yet? I'm not sure. A LOT has happened in the past 2 years. My body has gone through A LOT just this past year alone (Addison's). I understand that. Kind of. But it still doesn't change how I feel about having another baby.
